The Initial Visit ($325) includes:

• Health evaluation by our Medical provider (if doing prescription medication)

• EKG

• Individualized nutritional consultation

• Weight and Body Mass Index (BMI)

• Medical History Review

• Medication Review

• Blood Pressure Check

• Prescription appetite suppressant (if qualified ~ otherwise see Alternative Program below)

• Vitamin B12 injection

 

Required lab is not included:

• You may either have it done with your own Medical provider or take advantage of our discount with a local lab.

Weekly Visits ($35) Include:

• Prescription appetite suppressant (if qualified ~ otherwise see Alternative Program below)

• Vitamin B12  injection

• Blood Pressure Check

• Weight and Body Mass Index (BMI)

• Nutritional consultation

Alternative Program - Initial & Weekly Visits:

• An alternative nutritional program is available for those patients who do not qualify or choose not to take a prescription appetite suppressant.

• A two-week supply of fat blocker

• A two-week supply of an appetitie suppressant. 

• It utilizes a higher calorie diet coupled with a natural holistic appetite suppressant, nutritional supplements and B12 or Lipotropic vitamin injections. (Lipotropic injections are $10 more.)

• Cost is same as above.
